LookNook’s position to win the online interior design game

LookNook positions itself as “Affordable & Accessible Interior Design”. Customers can browse what seems to be an endless amount of “design boards” with different, cleverly constructed, themes. It’s target consumers have enough money to buy new (and often expensive) furniture, but not enough to afford an interior designer. They also appear to be short on time, and not knowledgeable enough about the interior design process for forge ahead on their own. 

The value proposition for a company such as this is rather straight-forward. They’ve done the legwork for you. They are the experts. If you want to buy an entire, pre-packaged look, you can do that. If you want to search for the perfect item to round out what you have identified as your style, that’s there too. LookNook has arranged products in a way that you, the consumer can access which one best suits your needs.
